hiya peps i need lots of ideas how to get my car more bhp please just tell me anything i can do to make it faster!!!!!

my car is a vreg civic hatchback 1.6 vti 160bhp and i already have a full stainless steel system and an induction kit and got quickshift gears!!

What do you mean by quick shift gears?

 

Maybe he means a short shifter? If you've got I/H/E maybe upgrade your intake manifold or troddle body. You could also work your head.. Port n Polish, valve job, new cams and a good tuning. These are probably all things your going to want to do down the road anyways, but if your looking for alot more HP right away I would suggest looking into a turbo.

 

A short shifter dosent make BHP just better times on the street or at the track and will help your gears last longer due to less missed shifts and grinds. Do what ticker_96_Hatch said but you will have a lot of money stuck into the car wiht just bolt on and still not the fast or have that much HP. I would say your best bet would be to go Turbo even if its a homeade kit which is better anyway because you can make it your own and better than anyother kit. Good luck thats just my .02

 

for the price of a decent I/H/E you could piece together a sweet turbo kit and make way more hp.
