I got a 2000 civic dx and it seems like it gets hot really fast, i can have my car on for like 10 minits in about 20c weather and the tempature gauge will get about half way then the fan will kick in, the gauge will just stay at the same spot tho, is this normal or what? any problems it could be? thanks

 

have you checked the coolant level? and your radiator cap or thermo may be going out.
