I finally decided that I'm not rebuilding my D16...I'm thinking of getting either a short block of some sort or a long block...definitly a VTEC but not sure which one I'd want...either d16y8 if I find one or a Jap D15B...would someone enlighten me on which block should be a better choice for me? IE: stronger internals, other crap...

Up to $450...I would take a short block if I knew that it was a good one...
