my car got stolen about a week ago and i got it back and the ignition is all messed up and i was wondering how much you guys think it would cost to fix it? and where i may beable to get the parts?

also i cant start the car as it is now so do any of u kno how to hot wire it so i can start it??? any help would be greatly apreciated!!!!
