And what would a new chip help you out with?
You should read this thread before you buy anything chip related

I'm not familiar with brands since I haven't done these bolt on mods myself. People seem to do intake and exhaust headers at the same time. If you have the cash and/or time, you could look into the following mods for your car:
1. replace pistons/connecting rods and your camshaft to have more compression (this may require a retune, depends on your new cams)
2. get a bigger throttle body (may not do much by itself)
3. go forced induction (FI) with a supercharger or turbocharger
4. get a nitrous system installed (probably not wise to do this with 3)
5. swap in a more powerful engine
It seems like the 3rd or 5th option gives you the most hp per $. There are more mods out there, but those are the HP increasing mods I can think of off the top of my head.
Then again, if you just want to accelerate (and handle and brake) faster, you can do so easily by reducing the weight of your car...take out the spare tire and the seats (you could take out all the soundproofing, but that's harder to put back in)
