Default New to civics.Advice?

First and foremost if i ask a question that is retarted, or a question that can be found in some FAQ, i appologize.Anyway,i just recently bought a honda civic DX, its a 1997 and has 130,000 miles on it.It has a magnaflow catayalitic converter(sp?) along with the exhaust system, and it has a AEM cold air intake.I want to start upgrading this car(duh) but dont really know where to start.I know your probably all saying" oh god another one of these posts" because im sure they pop up all the time, but i was hoping i could get a few suggestions thrown my way.I was thinking new heads, but cant seem to find them on any sponsered sites so far for a 97' DX. I was also thinking some sort of performance chip.I dont know, feel free to suggest anything.

Thanks in advance.

Performance chips are just a waste of your money, they don't really help. For heads, do you mean headers?

What are yourhp goals, money you are willing to spend, and is this car your daily driver?

Yeah, by heads i meant headers. As for HP goals i dont have a number of increase exactly in mind but i would like to get as much out of it as i can with out doing a engine swap.It is a daily used car, and i have no limits on money, just kinda needsome sort oforder in which to buy first after a intake and exhaust.

well, to get the most power without swapping and building the motor is to go forced induction. so a header and intake is basically pointless. before you start buying more stuff, make the decision about whether you want N/A or F/I
