Default Only running on 2 cylinders

I justswapped ab18bin my 97 civic with plans to boost. It is a b18 block with a b20 head. The first time it started it ran for about 15 min then it blew a headgasket. I had the head re-surfaced and reinstalled with ARP studs. Did a compression test and cylinder 2 was a little bit low but still within limits. All four cylinders were firing. When I started up the second time only cylinders 3 and 4 are working, 1 and 2 do not fire. I replaced all spark plugs and both 1 and 2 are getting spark. Any suggestions on what I should do to get other two cylinders running?

I just watched the mythbusters... mixing mothballs into the gasoline actually causes a higher octane level... you know I really wasted your time on this one....

you need three things..

Spark
Compression
and Fuel

Sounds like spark and compression are good, what about fuel? What injectors are you running? Maybe two of them are ****

sounds like you are not getting fuel like forty said. check to see if the plugs are wet and smell like fuel, if they dont then you will need to get two new injectors.
