are the original head bolts for a 1989 civic dx hatch d15b2 torque to yield?

Don't really understand your question, but according to Haynes, it's two step torquing. First round at 22, second to 49 . Hope that helps

torque to yield stretches and cant be reused. other bolts can if their in good condition
