Port and polished head
well....ZC head turns out to be warped....so i picked up a port and polished head off craigslist should be getting here tomorrow. Also gunna order my ARP head studs and a Cometic MLS head gasket. I just wanted to post somewhere cause i am super stoked.
I picked up the head for $150 shipped which i think is a good deal. What kind of gains will i see from a port and polished head?

i actually PMed riceburner the other day about some PNP questions (i know the spool time doesn't pertain to you, but w/e

and im thinking about boost soon..thats why before i put this head on im going to get the arp headstuds and the cometic head gasket just to make things easy on myself in the future.

BTW...wtf are you gunna finish your turbo build? I read your entire thread and i was getting stoked then it just stopped.
im looking to do the same thing your doing...but not take 3 and a half years to do it

oops..i just found out i ordered a browntop ZC head.
150 bux down the drain...
well since i assumed the ZC head was warped...it might not be...im gunna have a shop check it out.....how much would it be for a valve job and to have my head reserfaced? anyone know?
