well im new here just bought me a 93 ex 4door and i had it 4 bout a week and it started rod knocking it was a d16y6 vtech and im at the point where the engine is rdy to come out just got tha axels to do.well anyway i bought a d15b7 block for 75 bux off one of my buds i checked it out.. internals are good i was told this way ima make more power out of the d15b7 with my d16 vtech head is this true or what im all bout power in its cheapest forum ya kno ive got a cam rdy to go in it obx stage1 im wondern how much it make with the mini me swap?with and with out the obx cam....thanx all.

Thats all great to kno,but in all this hate u brought u still didnt answer the question and if u couldnt understand it above here ill make it quite simple for you...I AM WONDERING WHAT IS THE POWER RATING ON A MINI ME SWAP??You kno a d15b7 with a d16y6 vtech head.

I don't know if I would recommend using the OBX cam, they don't make very good products. I'm not sure of the power gain with the cam.
Without the cam you should be around 125 BHP, like a regular D16Z6. The raised compression makes up for the difference in displacement.
