Hiya, newbie female modifier here (please dont beat me!) ;o)

well, I read many of your earlier posts and have come to the conclusion im buggered. However, advise and helpful comments would still be appreciated if anyone in the know can suggest anything.

I have a 2002 (yes! its a problem!) 1.7 v-tec civic coupe which I had aspirations of tuning up but from what Ive read now, a v-tec cant easily be turbod... something to do with the size of the piston holes letting in excess petrol for one thing..? (sorry if im wrong. Im here to learn, so please correct me)
Is it possible to turbo somehow? Is supercharging an option?
I dont really want to do an engine swap, but Id like to know about it as a possibility. Would a type r engine fit into my coupe? and am I really limited to engines newer than my 2002?

That aside, any tips for general maintenance please guys. Im obviously looking into airfilters and the like already but outside of that the 2002 version doesnt really SEEM to leave much room for tinkering.
