Default Rod bearing set?

if i were to lower the miles on a car? id have to get some kind of rods or something...im kinda clueless on this. If someone could tell me a little bit about this. Im trying to see if it would be cheaper to buy like a rebuild kit or something rather than replacing the whole engine.

You can't lower the miles on a car, no matter what you do. As for the rebuild, what engine do you have now and what engine would you swap in? If you are gonna swap in the same engine, it might be a better idea to rebuild the old engine. Do you just need your car to be driveable or are you going for high performance?

well thats what im saying, what would you have to rebuild in order to make in more ya know... "newer" "less milage"? i mean its still drivable and its still good ya know, nothing wrong with it, the engines in perfect conditinon, but for any honda that you buy from someone...its got high miles unless they keep up with performance and do a motor swap. This one they just keep up with maintenance and its still really clean.
