Does anybody know which rods are better, H-beam or I-beam?

I-beams are supposed to be stronger than H-beams...but i dont know exactly why. its just something ive read a lot.

^ You sure? Every place ive talked to said to get Eagle H Beam rods for high boost applications.

not positive...but i read in more than one place that Is have more strength and durability and will last longer under high boost/CR apps.

As long as the cross sectional area is the same, they both have pretty much the same absolute strength. However, H-beams have an advantage in resisting the rotational torque applied by combustion.
