spark plugs, fuel filter, PVC valve, oil change

i have a 95 civic ex and im going to do a little maintenence stuff on my car pretty soon. anyone know good brand sparkplugs that i can get? where do i get em? and how much should i expect to spend on them? what about fuel filter? brands? price? and PVC valve, where and how much is it? ill also be changing the oil in my car soon. i have high mileage(165k) and was wondering what brand/type u guys suggest using.

NGk or Bosch Platinum series = round 20$ for a set
FUEL FILTER = round 25$ ...BECK_ARNLEY 043-0995 i think that brand is good worked fine on my brothers car
PCV VALVE = round 6$...." "045-0318
for oil I like Amsoil and Castrol Syntec around 5$ a pop

You can get this stuff at auto zone(thats where i got the price quotes and part #)
You can also go to napa or any other major part suplier

Don't forget rotor, cap, and new plug wires. Every bit helps. I spent ~115.00 on everything above minus fuel filter, but with Hanyes manual attached.
