where is the pvc valve and how do i change this?
also ive never changed the rotor either, is this hard in my civic?

the pcv valve is in the back under the throttlebody. kind of a pain to change unless you have small arms. for rotor i'm assuming the distributor rotor. it easy. if your concerned take a digital pic before. it's best to change the cap as well.

Changing the cap and rotor along with plugs wires and PCV (NOT PVC) is part of a standard tune up.

Changing the cap and rotor are pretty much fool proof.

1 thing about the rotor - if the same as 1988, there is a small screw thru it. may have to crank the engine just a little to bring it around. most cars i worked on do not have that - only need to pull it off - not possible here.
