Stick shift knob

I just bought a 1999 Civic with 131,000.

I would like to raise the stick shift handle and replace the **** with something else.

Any suggestions?

I suggest moving this thread somewhere else before you get flamed. lol. But other than that, im not sure what you're going for but raising the shift handle will actually make your shift longer.
