Default stroke a D15b7???

Noob question. If I rebuild a D15B7 block with D16 connecting rods to increase stroke, is that as simple as it sounds or is that not feasible?

d16 rods wont fit on a d15 crank without some work. if your are serious about stroking a 1.5L look into crower they would probably be willing to make a stroker kit for the motor but it wont be cheap by any means
