you press on the pedal and it doesnt go.
Like it is dying
as if it was running out of fuel.
You press down further and it bogs down further
At a certain point it starts bucking, and then when the pedal is nearly on the floor it comes out of it and gives you whiplash.

Again if you push in the clutch and take the load off it idles fine and revs up smooth. It is bizarre.

You might want measure the fuel pressure. At the same time, check whether the fuel pressure regulator is functioning properly. In addition, your fuel filter may be borderline clogged.

try switching your IACV plug around with your TPS, they look like the same plug and people get them confused sometimes and plugged on backwards

Sorry!

Forgot to mention I have put 2 new fuel filters on it and a gauge on top of the filter. the pressure never waivers when it throws it stupid little fit.

Now ON this TPS IAC thing- wouldnt that throw a code?
(Oh and I did clean the IAC, the screen was totally plugged and it made 0 difference)

Speaking of TPS- I tried unplugging it on the way to work and it didn't hiccup once. Plugged it back in on the way to lunch and it threw a fit. Going to plug it back in for the ride home, might even flip it and the IAC plug for giggles.

Does the CEL work? Did disconnection of the TPS throw a CEL? If not, there could be a problem with the CEL circuit or the TPS circuit. Here's how to troubleshoot the TPS circuit:

disconnecting the TPS does set the CEL.
The IAC plug is about 2 inches shy of reaching the TPS so I know they aren't flipped, good thought though.

With the TPS unplugged it doesnt do its "im going to pretend to die everytime I start" thing. It has some hesitation which I would expect for having no TPS. So im thinking the TPS is bad, but why wouldnt it do it all the time and not just on ECU startup?

Oh, and where is the best place to get a TPS?

I agree that the TPS might be the problem, but you need to verify. Use a multimeter to do the voltage and resistance tests in the diagrams so that you don't replace the TPS needlessly.

I will give that a whack.

In the meantime, where do I get a new sensor from? Autozone says N/A
I noticed its riveted to the TB, so do I need to replace the whole TB?

It is possible to purchase the TPS alone. Try a Google search. The rivets of the old TPS need to be drilled out and the new TPS must be calibrated (0.5V closed throttle; 4.5V wide open throttle) as part of the installation.
