Default Turbo or engine swap

I'm trying to figure out which would be better.
Which sounds better:

1) Turbocharging my D16Z6 that has about 170,000 miles on it without upgrading the internals and how much boost could I run?

OR

2) Swap in a B16A1 or B16A2 (which is better)? Then later turbocharge it, and how much boost could I run on that motor? Oh and should I upgrade the internals in this motor?

Thanks in advance.

There is no question here. Swap. Then later go turbo with the b16.

Lame^

Compression test on the z6, if it checks out okay, boost it till it blows. Then swap out of necessity. Thats how real men roll

or you could get a k20, then slap a turbo on it. or a H22 with a b16 tranny. which would be untouchable, then throw on a turbo. even if your d16 had 20,000 miles, i would tell you to scrap it for either of these:
b16
k20
h22

more ive been researchin and hearin h22s are pretty cheap for the torqe and horse power and arent that much heiver than b16s thats my 2cents lol. its just alot rare and harder to do the swaps so theres not as much info as the b16/b18s.

H22's are nice, just thin cylinder walls.
