I am doing an Ls Vtec. Doing some head work before the Vtec head goes on. I have stock B16 cams right now. Is it worth it to get GSR cams instead of the B16 cams??? Cams are JDM SiRII and I will be doing stage 1 or 2 cams in the future. I need to do a little at a time. Did the B18b swap, now the Vtec head then the bigger cams. I can find GSR cams cheap and was wondering if they would be much better than the B16 cams??

 

from what i have read, the gsr cams make a minimal, albeit noticable difference in an n/a build. i have read however, that they make a bigger difference on a forced induction build.
i read about this on honda tech, crx community, etc etc. i have a SiRI in my rex, and want to know the same thing b/c gsr cams are readily available. well, i have rambled enough. lmk if u find out something concrete, and not merely hearsay.
