Default What sensor is this?

I realized my throttle cable was too tight, even though it appeared to be fine, but im not starting the car till i get the TB Gasket. I had my headunit on when i was working on my car, and now my battery is dead.....are there any grounds on the I.M i should know about that I could have missed? Oh, I broke the vaccume line nipple off this sensor, I guess its just frail from old age. What sensor is it? So i can get a new one? I thought it was the EGR but its not..........

its for the evap silinoid.... its for emissions... I think its the evap.... I know it is for emissions though.... those cars dont have an EGR valves.. they have a whole different evap system that serves the same purpose as the EGR, but does it in a different way..

If you want to pass smog you do... depends on which state you live in though.. and then you will have open vacume lines... I dont think it would make the car drive funny, but you want to protect the enviroment, dont you? haha
