just a question for those of you who might have done this or know someone who has... how much does a shop usually charge to do a comlpete b18c swap into a civic.

A Honda dealership would charge you for about 24 hours of labor. That would be around $2400.

 

100 bucks per hour? holy hell im working at a dealership. thats probably 20 bucks an hour to the person doing the work.

 

Yeah, that's about right. The going rate is usually $80-100 bucks an hour and the mechanic usually gets ~ half of it.

It may not be quite that much, depending on where you go, but I would budget that much just to be safe.
