where the *beep*?
where the hell can you find a K-20 engine?
I'm new to the whole engine swap area, but nothing wrong with wanting to learn, right?
Is there any place/way to find or buy a new K-20 engine, or do you have to go used?
What model/year was the K-20 engine used?
thanks alot

Sunrise JDM is a store on the internet that sells all kinds of Japanese motors. You should be able to find the motor on there. K series engines are found in the RSX Type-S and the Civic SI form 01-05. I think that the RSX Type-S motor is the more powerful engine. I've heard these swaps car run in the 10k range requiring custom modification and fabrication.

yea ur better off going with a B series due to the cost - just a K series alone will run u close to 4 grand roughly compared to starting at around 1400 for a B and the installation would be much easier on the B - IMO save the money and boost the B

It really depends on how much boost you want to run on the stock motor. If you want to run about 8-10PSI, i think youll be safe on the stock internals. Anything more than that and you are gonna want to build the motor, or very bad things can happen. And i could be wrong about the swap, when i said 10k i meant the swap and labor its gonna cost to have it installed. Its very possible im wrong. And yea, i would reccomend a B-series build, i plan to do one myself.
