Hey guys I just got a 97 ex d16y8. I've got a header, apexi exhaust, short shifter, and cai. Just wondering what I should do next? I was thinking that 250 hp would be enough to keep me happy and was wondering if I should get rods before I even do anything else? Or is there another series engine that will have rods that will handle 400 hp if needed? And if anyone knows? What's the most the d16y8 rods can handle?

 

I was also wondering if I could run stock valvetrain with 260 cam?
