D17a1 head swap
Sorry im not extremely well "learned". so bear with me. I have a 2003 lx 4dr automatic cant afford the k20 and i heard about the head swap to vtech. wondering how this would work? how much hp gain could be expected and also where i would find the parts thanks a ton for the help. (NO.I am not trading my civic for a more powerful civic.period sorry i get told to do that way to often)

um i have heard its pretty simple. i dont think its more then like maybe 10-15 hours power.
i've kinda looked into it,
its the simple mini me swap.
so your gonna need the new head. (obviously)
and the ecu for the vtec
other then that i think its simple.
but the d17 engine is still gonna be slow no matter what.
but you can get the heads for cheep if you wait around.
parts you can find pretty much every wear else.
