Move to the gas mileage section. You need to re-size that picture prior to re-posting it.

I use Fuelly too! Been using it since summer 2012. My phone isn't a smart phone, so when I fill up the tank, I use their text feature, and just text in the odometer reading, price per gallon, and how many gallons. And then it texts me back my MPG I got

My favorite part about fuelly is the line graph of your mpg's. Mine has been going up and up... Highly suggest it to anyone who doesn't want to do the math and/or wants a fancy log of mpg history.

I do not have a smart phone, so I can't speak about the app.

For me, when I am at the gas station and have finished filling up, I text fuelly (they will give you a 6 digit number to text them, search for it on their website). I text mileage price gallons. Then fuelly texts back what MPG I got.

I use a pencil, paper, my odometer reading and my noggin'. I passed 4th grade math and can solve the "problem".

With a pencil and paper, it makes a little harder to track with nice visual (i.e. graphs and charts). Could use excel, but with Fuelly having the information stored on the internet for free, and no space being taken up (i.e. memory on your computer from Excel files, or paper-tracked mpg's being stacked in your house) is really the preferred choice for those of the 21st century.

Fuelly wins.
