Mildly Mod'd EX? OR SI? 8th GEN.
So as i stated, i'm at a stand still.
i own a 2003 acura rsx type s, but i love the styling of these 8th gens.
now with my rsx stock i was getting 21/30mpg after a few "EPA Chokers" being replaced (air filters, full exhausts, ecu) i was achieving around 25/35mpg.
So my question is, where will i break even with modding an EX and buying an SI
Because obviously its going to take some fuel upgrades and ECU tuning to reach 197hp on the R18A. but what fuel economy would i expect to get from the stock 28/39mpg?
and vice versa, if i buy the SI and free up the engine like i did on my rsx, will i see the same mpg gain? they are both K20's right?
Finally, are there any differences between these two suspension wise?
