can't believe this thread is still going...might as well post in it lol

after some bad storms in my area and me being away the entire time. I come back to my car looking like this...

Yes it's under there...

and after

Took about half an hour to dig half of it out in which I hopped in thru the passenger side and pulled it out. Since there was a wall of snow on the driver side, one of my decals peeled off when backing out :0... Back is killing me from this damn snow...

Oh and a side note, after the car sat for nearly a week under the heavy snow...I decided to drive it to stretch it's legs. Well for the first 15mins of highway driving my car felt like a damn message chair. Flat spots on the tires and snow frozen to the wheels= lots of vibrations hahah

lol, i was in the same boat as you. i went sledding at night and diddnt see a jump on the path i took.. so yeah, im leaning all the way back to get speed and end up going off this jump.. flipped backwards and landed on my head, i screwed my neck and back all up (still debating on wether or not to goto the hospital cause i think i seriously screwed something up, i cant bend over without pain lol) but yeah, i shoveled out my car last night, i used a shovel on my car to get all the snow off.. and now i got scratches all over my hood and roof... my week cant get any worse (knock on wood)

You guys should try taking the snow off your cars with a broom!!! so it wont get scratched that bad.
it works great ;]

installed my SRI, painted bumper and hood so now it matches the rest of the car!

A broom wouldn't do squat for this stuff. It was powder on top of ice on top of powder on top of ice...I used a plastic shovel to scrape my car off, luckily it didn't scratch anything.

civicexracer is right, it was ice, then snow, then ice, then snow, then ice, then powder.. and it all smashed down to be like 2 1/2 foot of ice, 1/2 foot of powder.. i had no choice to take a shovel to it.. 3 foot of ice on top of a broken windshield = a worse off broken windshield.. thank god its inspected till next year haha
