Just joined but today I brought my 01 civic to the shop to have some work done Windshield has to be pulled out and front of roof sandblasted from the moron the had the car before me. Background: Car labeled total loss with previous owner... as a college student I got a sweet deal but it has it's share of problems. Windshield/roofline started to rust from whoever replaced the windshield and minor rust in engine compartment. All gonna be gone Can't wait to see it in 1 or 2 days! Also looking into a new hood (they replaced the old one with junkyard hood and rust is showing through paint) Will post pics soon!

 

just finished fiberglassing the factory nav bezel to make my kenwood nav fit more upright

 

i installed my ls mesh wheels with 205/50 tires, dropped it on progress coilover kit, installed my type r front lip, and replaced my dome light with a xenon one... ride looks sick!!!

 

Just put stock struts back in. Now I gotta fix a wiring issue and wait for my new tires to come in!

 

well here's some pics of the rims/tires I've been running since January. And the new lip and cluster leds that I did over last week, still needs some double sided tape on drivers/mid section

pics show cluster as a bluer color, they're listed as cool white and they are a very clear white color, slight blue tint. I might put back the stock bulbs in the top two housings that shine down, but the light looks smoother than the pic shows, hardly any hot/cool spots.

I tried to get some pics of the dome lights from the outside but they didn't come out right, they are the same color as the leds in the cluster.

So my next "to-do" would probably be the lights in the center console, behind all the climate control stuff.

also installed a new stereo and cleaned it up inside

Tried to install my new exhaust manifold and cat :/ Didn't work out... bolts too rusted even with that spray stuff. Kept almost stripping them. Took it to some places... settled on $70 Brought it back and put in some new NGK platinum spark plugs. I'm a noob to this stuff so pretty proud just about that lol. Was going to buff/sand/maybe repaint part of door but didn't get to it. Careless ppls door dings...

Filled up the tank at college b/c my dad in a diff city said gas jumped $.25. Sure happy I'm getting average 37 mpg
