I shot my exhaust silencer across the highway this morning

 

On May 5th I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm and had to spend the last several weeks in the hospital.

Today I went for a drive for the first time. Over 200 miles.

 

i stared at the honda, wondering why wont my pieces arrive, so i can take her for a drive, i almost got round to changing transmission oil and engine oil, until a freak storm came out of no where but that was saturday

 

I gave my civic a lovely oil change and some 50/50 antifreeze coolant

 

I started painting my headlights gloss black instead of the chrome. At one time, my car had a lot of chrome on it, wheels, tails, headlights, washer squirters, exhaust, blah blah. But, I've grown and my taste in styling has grown as well. I have to finish up with the headlights then,

onto the interior (no more blue),

then sparks plugs,

then new megan racing tailing arm bushings, because mine are shot,

then, energy suspension shift bushing set, because I want to,

and then...


...this is horrible, but I'm putting on some lambo doors. I have the hinges, I'm just waiting on a couple of parts. I got a used kit that had a couple of sketchy ball joints, so I got some new ones from lambodoorsusa or something like that.

 

I almost forgot, I also finally painted my drums to match the calipers. Dark blue. Not longer do I have the patriotic red, white and blue car. Woo Hoo, pics will come soon enough, I need to get some more things done before her next "photo shoot."

 

i changed the tranny oil finaly, does anyone know how much the D15 engine holds in oil?

 

Washed the car then used a claybar on the paint. took off alot of crap. Was gonna wax it too but am just too tired right now

 

i went out to the garage and looked at my 07 ex coupe cause i haven't been able to drive it all week long damn bad knee [:@]
