Well its not "too" my car, but I worked on the new shifter and shift **** some more today. I should have it done and installed by Thursday. I am guessing that the throw will be decreased by about two inches. I hope its a bit more though. I lengthened the bottom part by just a smidgen over 1/2 inch.

And the shift **** weighs right at : 481 grams. That is before drilling and tapping it, so it should be at 400 or just a bit over by the time its done!!!

na not realy doing anything much to it.... figure ill put it on jack stands tomorow and leave windows half down... unfortunatly i filled up the gas tank like a week before and ive only driven it once since then so its still preaty much full tank. BUT its inside my dads shop closed up preaty tight. shop hardly EVER gets below 40degrees all winter in thier. never had any problems before parking cars in thier... only reason for jacking it up is so i dont mess up my nice tires.. if i had steelies on it i wouldnt care.LOL

tho not unhooking the battery either.... im simply gonna clamp the battery charger to my main fuse every other week along either every other car parked out thier this year.LOL 5 normal driving cars all parked out thier.LOL
just gotta top off the batteries from time to time. preaty typical upkeep ive done for the past few years...

i love it when my parents leave for florida [8D] now just have to clean up the house a bit and get it ready for party time

Got my cool steering wheel installed. Had to pull the stocker - and was successful in pulling it with the airbag intact. Just gotta finish wiring up the horn now.

The main reason for this is because I'm 6'5", and getting in and out with the stock wheel in the way is a major problem. I have the detachable hub as well, although since this wheels is approximately 3.5" smaller in diameter, it's not nearly as bad as with the stocker.
