Went to Discount Tire today and ordered a set of these (Nitto NT NeoGen VR 205/40-R16):

Wrapped around a set of these (16x7 - MB Seven X):

Should be here by Wednesday. I'm so stoked. It's a Christmas/Birthday (Oh No - Four Oh!) present. I figured this is the closest thing to a 'mid-life crisis' car that I'll be able to afford anytime soon, so she authorized the purchase.
It should look kinda like this when it's done (my webserver's down again if it doesn't show up):

Changed the front brakes today. Well, I actually started yesterday, but I've got a touch of chest and head cold going on, and it gets dark earlier than I thought.
Yesterday, started tearing things down - figured out that the rotors were still factory originals because they still had the bolts the manufacturer uses to secure the rotors to the hubs. The car had lived in Hawaii for several years, so they were fused as well. I had picked up some Wagner Premium rotors, as well as some Wagner 'Edge' Premium pads - which rock (they're semi-metallic, laser-cut, and come with everything - don't need any brake pad goo for these).
Got started about 2:30PM, but had to run out and pick up an impact screwdriver and a BFH (for those fused bolts). Got it all apart just about the time the sun went down, plus I needed brake cleaner, a new caliper bolt, anti-seize compound, and caliper grease. So I stopped there.
Picked up the rest of the stuff I needed today, and got after it about 3:30PM. Finished it up with no hassle around 5:15PM.
Rotors were slightly out of round - pulsed only slightly (which might've actually happened when I was towing the car home, and my pal was using the Honda's brakes to slow it and my 4x4 Dodge Ram). And the pads were down to roughly 3/16" of meat left on them. After 192,000+ miles, I'm not going to complain.
