Default 1.6 to b18c swap or h22a ???

hey whats up ... i got a 98 honda civic lx 4door 1.6 d16z7 non vtec and im looking to do a b18c swap or a h22a swap in . what would i be needing to do to make this happen? like maybe a complet parts list of some one who did either or and how ,much it ran them money wise . what engine would be better to swap as far as getting power to the street ? what ever info anyone can give me would be great cuz im looking on buying an engine this weekend and building it up and getting it in asap im a diesel tech and tools really are not a problem and i have a truck shop but never really messed around witha honda,trucks yes but honda's no lol .....

Personally, I'd go with the H22. It produces the most power and most torque out of the three choices and isn't much harder to swap in than the B18.

You'll need:
-complete long block
-transmission
-shifter
-shift cables
-engine harness
-PCM
-swap axles (if you do the B series, OEM integra axles will work)
-swap mounts (if you do the B series, I believe OEM integra or USDM 99/00 civic SI mounts will work)

I think theres a few more odds and ends, but that should cover most of it.
