Im just getting in to honda and i need to know if i can turbo a 1.6 L l4 sohc 16v

You can turbo any motor with the right tools and amount of money

what a good programmer chip for my 97 honda

Again..... research. This topic is a beaten to death constantly.

You cant chip a OBD2 ecu. 584621089540254784561 miles is too many.

Do a compression test to check the health of your motor.

I have done my research and i cant get a str8 answer. people say that to step down and get a obd1 ecu and then people say that obd2 can be chip they do it all the time.

i was lookin at superhonda.com there was a a guy on there saying u can and there was another saying u cant. the same guy who said u cant said u can just not worth it. it would take to much time and money.

One person saying this works doesn't make it true. I am sure there 1000's of people including myself saying that you cannot..... because you can't.

ok i belive u but what wheir they saying about a step down to obd1 is that possible.
