I dunno to believe him or not.? asking 1500. agreed on 1100. i drove her today and she feels strong. im just trying to gather as much info before i commit. and he said nothing was wrong till i got there little bugger lol. e brake cable, no horn, little crack windshield, and expected rust spots and bubbles scattered on the body.

thats only 155k miles thats not even half of its life for a well maintained honda
do you know how many miles (or km) the engine has on it? not just how long ago it was replaced? (which is completely possible people love swapping honda engines)
e-brake cables easy fix
windsheild $200 fix
rust spots and bubbles? how bad?
otherwise sounds ok but can't give a definite yes/no without seeing the car

EF is the 4th generation civic/crx they were made between 1988-1991

sohc zc is 120 hp. Same engine as the Si D16a6 (i think) but it has a more aggressive camshaft giving it that extra 10 hp.

same engine i have.

All the parts, if you need to replace them will be the same as a Civic Si so thats good. Reason I asked is because the DOHC ZC is a pain in the *** to find parts for.

sorry i think i typoed lol. the odometer reads 250 000 km he said the engine is only 80 000km old. ill attach a pic of the car cant really tell how bad the rust is from pic but it is pretty bad. bubbling too all over the place. Im thinking in the future ima strip it all down and clean up the whole body and paint her again.

as long as your fine with repainting and theres no structral damage from the rust go for it
it looks like its lowered do you know anything about that? how did it ride? you wanna make sure its not cheap crap like ebay coilovers

tockico red adjustable coilovers what he says they are. and i know nothing of lowering! and it drove pretty decent. No power steering at all! but wasnt as hard as strong arm. wierd. He gave me a bunch of receipts from the past ten years. the girl who owned it put thousands into maintenance and check ups up grades i dunno how they let the body go to ****. shame. but yeah the rust has eatin its way in pretty deep in that spot u might seen in the pic right side above the wheel. it will take long time but she is going to be my bb. lol
