First, thanks for any that choose to reply to this.

Im away from home and have very limited time or I would search the forums and form my own opinion.

Last week I wrecked my 2002 Civic LX w/ 170k miles. Was babied by me for the last 6 yrs.

Need to replace this coming week. Have some leads on two Im looking at:

2001 Civic EX, 64K, 1-owner, Carfax clean for around $6500

or

2003 Civic Hybrid, 84K, 1-owner, Carfax clean for around $7500

Have never owned a Hybrid but loved my 2002 and want another Civic.

What would you do??

i have no experience with hybrids but i do know replacing the batteries is expensive.
