2004 wheels fit 1994?
Will 15"x6" wheels off of a 2004 Civic fit on my 1994 Civic EXcurrently usingstock 14"x5.5" wheels? Both are 4 lug pattern. Is there only the 4x100mm pattern, or are there other patterns that would cause these wheels not to fit my car? Thanks.
not an answer to ur question but just thought i'd let u know... changing the radius to ur tire will make ur speedometer inaccurate... there was a calculator out there somewhere to show how off it'll be... just wanted to give u a heads up =)
Glad you mentioned that. I was aware of it, but it completely slipped my mind. I have no idea what size the tires are, I found the wheel/tire combo on Craigslist and the seller didn't list the tire size. I use this tire calculator http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html. I don't imagine it will make too much difference, there is a limit too how big a tire you can stuff in the wheel well, and how small a wheel/tire you can fit over the brakes. My current setup and new setup are both stock, so I'm not expecting anything extreme.
Si wheels won't work (Unless it's the 4 lug version from certain ep3's...maybe the 02s), but alloys from an EX, LX...etc would be fine. Double check the offsets too in addition to what tire size you'll need. I think all Honda wheels are +45, but it wouldn't hurt to double check before you spend the cash.
