Default 2006 Civic Hybrid 100,000 tune-up

I own a 2006 Civic Hybrid and I am past due for the 100,000 mile tune-up. What the dealer is recommending I need seems excessively expensive (over $250.00 just to replace the plugs, plus the air and fuel filter are over $100). If I do everything they recommend, it would cost me over $800, easily, and maybe more. Is it really necessary to do everything they recommend and are there any cheaper options out there??

Thanks for any advice that can be given.
