80 horsepower, 201 lb-ft torque

Default 80 horsepower, 201 lb-ft torque

How can these new FCX; fuel cell engines, put out 201 lb-ft of torque with an 80 hp engine?Take theToyota Tercel; the Turtle as I call it, its a 93 hp, with 100 lb-ft of torque. WTF?

Because they use electric motors and they are used to produce torque
