Question

90 Civic Wiper Switch

I noticed today while driving my 90 Civic that the windshield wipers only work on HIGH. No Low Speed.
Is it the switch or is there another place I need to be looking?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

With the wiper switch in the low position and the key in ON(II), check whether the motor gets battery voltage on the Blu wire. If so, the motor is probably bad. If not, check the switch.
