Default 92 EX SEDAN with VTEC?!?!?

I was recently told that my 1992 honda 4-door is in fact a Japanese made (VIN starts with a 'J') EX 4-door Sedan with factory 4-wheel disc anti-lock brakes and the 125hp VTEC motor out of the Si. Anyone ever heard of one of these cars, it seems they are kinda rare? What's the market on a car like this?

Wouldn't you know if you had a VTEC engine by the badging on the engine?
