Default 94 dx or 95 ex?

I have a 92 lx that is currently cut in half (Got into and accident)... Long story short It has a decent engine and transmission in it. I have some money and decided to just get another car and found 2 that don't run. Not an issue. My question to you is which one would you go with and why. Also going to repaint so color isn't a concern.

The dx is light blue and comes with some nice rims, standard transmission and some new engine parts. Has a nice interior, but a few dents (I'll remove them). $700

The ex is white and the body is in very good condition. No engine and interior has seen better days. Ok though because I have parts. Automatic transmission. $500

Pics are below.

Why doesn't the 94 run? It may not be hard to fix.

If your 92 parts car is manual you have the parts you need to do auto to manual conversion on the 95 car.

Unfortunately my parts car is an automatic. Not sure what's wrong with the 94. Sounds like it might be a blown head gasket.

go with the 94 DX because it has the manual transmission and it will be an easy straight up swap being that both your car and it have the same wiring.

Dude, that DX isn't a 94. It's a 6th gen. 1996-1998 most likely.
