i just got a black 97 civic HB.i know what im getting first "body kit, tail lights, and new paint job" but what would be the cheapest and most effective way to boost my HP?and/or what should be the first things i buy "generally"?

 

good buy..i have a b16 97 hatch....but yeah first go with a intake for exhaust....but good luck with the mods

 

have you considered a lip kit?

If you go with a body kit, then i say go with a lip kit.
