I’m wanting to swap my car to manual I bought a 2000 Honda Civic lx and took everything I needed to do the swap but the intake is completely different it has the intake on the top of the manifold and not the side like my 98 civic si, the lx has an si tranny on it but the intake is so different and I read I needed the manual one for the idle air control, do I need that? Is it just for the car idle so if I don’t get a new one and use the automatic one will the car just not idle when started? And what manifolds will work with my car? 96-98??
