98 civic stuff

what should i do to my car 98 civic SI, im not really good with cars, but im getting ready to get into it.
I pick it up tomorrow and its bone stock (that the right word right?)
I wanna stand out but i dont wanna look so "out there"

What is the first thing you should do?

You must research and gain knowledge. When you have good foundation in knowledge, then you can really see what would be the best path to go about for your car based on your situation.

Don't just jump into the "street racing mode", start out slow, and learn about everything
