anyway, to keep things on topic, if it carries a CARB sticker, you're fine. And I'm thinking VA does have a height restriction (and I'm sure they have strict-as-h**l tint limitations). Maybe for appearance, a slight drop, wheels, and maybe a lip kit?
For performance, AEM intake and a DC header? I think you already said you have an exhaust.
