Can someone who's ordered from HMO please answer a quick question for me?

I'm ordering a complete GSR swap (hopefully tomorrow), and I was wondering, what is attached to the shift linkage? Is it just the linkage, or does it have the shifter and bracket that holds it to the chassis, or what? It's kind of important since I'm not only changing from a d16 to a b18, but also from an auto to a manual.
