is it possible to put the b16y8 sohc vtec head to a sohc b16y7? Ive been tryin to search but i cant find any answers, hopefully you guys will be able to tell me. Im just disappointed that my 97 ex didnt come with the b16y8 so im hoping this isa possible swap...

There is no such thing as a b16Y8 or Y7. I think you mean a D16Y8 and a D16Y7... if thats the case, yes you can. Its called a 'Mini-Me' swap. Run a search.

 

i feel slow, lol i meant to say d16y8 and d16y7........that sounds good, im probably gonna end up doing just that....do you guys think its worth it?
