For the money, Nitrous would be your best bang for the buck, buts its only good at the track. I would definatly go for something with that will gimme some HP, my civic is slow as hell.

I say you lower it by cutting the springs, then pull off your hub caps and put crome caps on, then pull off you muffler, then put a walmart crome tip on it, then take some dryer tubing and make a CAI, then paint the interior yellow.
