ok guys i am looking for the best oil to run in my b 18 c 1 in my 93 civic si. right now i and runing moble 1 10 40 is there any oil out there that is better that i should us?

 

the only thing i hear about is royal p,thats what im running anyway but i have that same q

 

i think this is similar is many ways to asking the question about the best gasoline... oil mostly comes from the same base oil.
the oil itself is the same more or less.. unless it's synthetic. unless you're tracking the car and using the engine at high rpms quite often and putting to extreme use... i really don't think you need to worry so much about the "best" oil.

for normal spirited driving, the frequency of your oil change is more important and far exceeds the advantage of using the "best" oil, whatever that may be.

number 1 use the search feature since this has been covered SO MUCH time and number 2 the best oil will alway be the synthetic oil it doesnt matter what brand. althought they say Mobile 1 is the best one
